DAYNA FIORINI – Physiotherapist

Dayna completed her Master of Physical Therapy at UBC in 2015, after graduating from UBC Okanagan in 2013 with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She has gone on to complete further certifications in Functional Dry Needling (FDN), Assessment and Treatment of the Pelvic Floor (Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1), Pain Science, and Tendinopathy rehabilitation.

In the clinic, Dayna uses a combination of exercise, manual therapy, dry needling and education in a holistic approach to meet each patient’s individual needs. She strongly believes in providing patients with the education and tools they need to achieve a healthy, active lifestyle and to assist with pain management and optimize function. While Dayna enjoys treating individuals in all walks of life, from athletes to post-op rehab and work-related juries, she has a special interest in Prenatal/Postpartum & Pelvic Floor Rehab, as well as running-related injuries and tendinopathy management.

Dayna spent most of her childhood/teen years training and competing at a National level in Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline & Tumbling. She enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle now through running and has completed 9 half marathons and 1 full marathon to-date. Dayna grew up in North Delta and feels so fortunate to get to work and raise her family in this amazing community.
